Ship to a pick up point:
You can also have your order sent to a pick-up point This is not possible for all EU-countries.
The instructions below are for collection at a pick-up point.

Instructions:
TIP: You can click on the pictures to enlarge them. The actual check-out screen looks different because some parts in these images are resized/scaled.
After adding the desired products, click on "checkout" from your shopping cart (the bag at the top right). You will now enter the check-out screen where you have to go through a number of steps:
ⓘ Payment methods
This first step requires you to enter your email address. At the end of the text under "ⓘ Payment methods" you can log in if you already have an account.
Delivery
At 'delivery' you can choose between having your order delivered, or collect your order at the showroom (= free)
- To have your order delivered to a pick up point you have to choose "delivery" like in the image above
After choosing a delivery method you enter the address details of the receiver. If the receiver is you; you enter your own address details.
If you enter the address details of the pick up point there is a good chance your order will be denied by the pick up point and returned to us; so please enter your own details!
Shipping method
Once you have entered the address details, you will see the options for a shipping method.
- To send your order to a pick-up point, choose an option with the "Pick Up Point" suffix.
Payment
Select the desired payment method to pay for the order.
Billing Address
If you have selected the "Credit card" method, the option to enter a different billing address is in the box where you enter your details at the bottom (see image below)
If you choose a different payment method, a new block will appear where you can enter a different billing address (see image below). By clicking "Use a different billing address" you can enter the information for your billing address. If the delivery address is the same as your desired billing address, you don't have to change this.
Check and confirm your order
Before you can complete your order you must check the order by pressing the red "Check and confirm your order" button at the bottom.
Please check the shipping information, address and payment method. If these are all correct, you can place the order.
After placing the order, you can enter the desired pick-up point on the thank-you page.If you have forgotten this, you will also receive an email within 30 minutes after placing your order with a reminder to select a pick-up point. To be sure, also check your spam box.

If you are having doubts about if everything worked:
After placing your order, please contact me citing your order number and let me know your desired pick up point or ask other questions.
Please note: I do not manually check the address you enter, you are responsible for entering a correct address. If I have to ship your order twice (or more) due to an invalid address you have to pay for each new shipment (and the costs incurred for the returned shipment) and I will charge you for the shipping costs in advance.

General information
I import most items especially for you from the USA, Poland or Slovenia. The average delivery time is 1 to 1½ weeks (within the Netherlands) but this can also be longer. This is an average delivery time, therefore it's not a promise or guarantee! Please keep that in mind!
Please note:
*When returning multiple items that have been purchased for you, I always calculate the costs incurred per individual situation. The amount that is deducted and what is converted into shop credit therefore depends on the actual costs that have been incurred and concerns a reasonable compensation for the losses suffered **The charges only cover the costs incurred in purchasing and importing the items from America; no standard cancellation fees or restocking fees that cannot be substantiated or explained will be charged. I would prefer not to have to charge these costs, but in order to cover the costs (losses) I have incurred due to the increasing number of returns, this has unfortunately proven necessary. To limit the number of returns (please think about the environment too) I would like to ask you to think just a little longer about your purchase, to make a well-considered decision and, if you are unsure, to ask me for advice or help!

Sizing and Dimensions

To view a conversion table and see which sizes & dimensions we use, you can use the size chart, which you can find in the following two ways:
On every page (both on your mobile and on a computer) you can find a button for a size chart on the right side, which looks like this:
On all product pages you can find the button for the table above the "Add to cart" button, which looks like this:
Our shoes and boots come from the USA and have American sizes (1 inch = 2.54 cm).
These dimensions have been converted to the Western European size that we use in the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU countries. Our converted EU dimensions differ from those of our American supplier stated on the box. Experience shows that shoe sizes US-12 and up in particular are larger.
Order the size you normally wear, we already take into account how a model fits (large, small or according to size). Sometimes we explicitly inform you about this in the description.
If you are between sizes, we usually recommend rounding up the size for a closed model, such as a pump or boot. With an open model, such as a sandal or peep toes (where the toes and heel are 'open') we recommend to choose the smaller size.
If you want to order a specific US size, please select the desired US size indicated in the sizes. We always order the corresponding US size stated; the corresponding EU size determined by us may therefore differ from the EU size stated on the box.
