Instructions Shipping to Pick-Up Point
Ship to a Pick-Up point:
You can also have your order sent to a pick up point. Below are the instructions for:

Shipping to a pick up point is only possible for shipments within the Netherlands and shipments to Belgium.
After placing the order, you can enter the desired pick-up point on the thank-you page. If you have forgotten this, you will also receive an email 30 minutes after your order with a reminder to enter a pick-up point. To be sure, also check your spam box.

TIP: You can click on the pictures to enlarge them. The actual check-out screen looks different because some parts in these images are resized/scaled.
After adding the desired products, click on "checkout" from your shopping cart (the bag at the top right). You will now enter the check-out screen where you have to go through a number of steps:
ⓘ Payment methods
This first step requires you to enter your email address. At the end of the text under "ⓘ Payment methods" you can log in if you already have an account.
Delivery
At 'delivery' you can choose between having your order delivered or pick up your order at our showroom.
- To have your order delivered to a pick up point you have to choose "delivery" like in the image below
After choosing a delivery method you enter the address details of the receiver. If the receiver is you; you enter your own address details.
If you enter the address details of the pick up point there is a good chance your order will be denied by the pick up point and returned to us; so please enter your own details!
Shipping method
Once you have entered the address details, you will see the options for a shipping method.
- To send your order to someone else's address, choose an option with the "Pick Up Point" suffix.
Payment
Select the desired payment method to pay for the order. At Kinky-shoes you can pay using the following payment methods:
iDeal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Cartes Bancaires, Google Pay, Klarna, Paypal, Shop Pay, Union Pay | And with Credit-/Debetcard: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Billing Address
If you have selected the "Credit card" method, the option to enter a different billing address is in the box where you enter your details at the bottom (see image below)
If you choose a different payment method, a new block will appear where you can enter a different billing address (see image below). By clicking "Use a different billing address" you can enter the information for your billing address. If the delivery address is the same as your desired billing address, you don't have to change this.
Check and confirm your order
Before you can complete your order you must check the order by pressing the red "Check and confirm your order" button at the bottom.
After placing the order, you can enter the desired pick-up point on the thank-you page. If you have forgotten this, you will also receive an email 30 minutes after your order with a reminder to enter a pick-up point. To be sure, also check your spam box.
If you are not sure if it all worked:
After placing your order, please contact us by e-mail stating your order number, desired pick up point and other questions.
Please note: we do not manually check the address you enter, you are responsible for entering a correct address. If we have to ship your order twice (or more) due to an invalid address you have to pay for each new shipment yourself, and we will charge you for the shipping costs in advance.
