Additional Depreciation Conditions
Depreciation:
We accept no returns and do not issue refunds for items marked down due to depreciation . When an item has been reduced in value due to depreciation, this is always clearly stated with the item and in the description, and if possible, photos have been added to support the explanation of why these are going away with depreciation.
This is usually the case with:
- articles that are slightly damaged (visible or invisible)
- articles that are obsolete, of which the shelf life of the material can no longer be guaranteed
- articles of which a part is missing; for example the original packaging or interchangeable parts such as laces or straps.
If you decide to buy these items, you agree to these terms and conditions and your return right, exchange right and right to repair expire.
Clearance/Sales:
Items that are discounted because they are leaving the collection or because of a special (discount) promotion may be returned provided that these meet all return conditions:
- Article is undamaged
- Article is complete (including all packaging material that the product was packaged in or what was in the box)
- Item packed in the original packaging (usually the shoebox)
- You make it known within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return or exchange it
- If you have received confirmation from us that we have received your return/exchange notification, you may send your return to us
- Pack your return shipment in (wrapping) paper or other sufficiently protective packaging material (as it was also sent to you by us) to prevent damage to the original packaging.
- You state your order number with your return shipment . This can be done by writing your order number on a note and putting it in the box or packaging with the product.
- You send your return with sufficient postage . Return costs are for your own account, we do not accept unstamped returns.
