Order Journey: all ordered items are in stock in my showroom
What can you expect from your Kinky-shoes order for items that are in my own showroom stock:

Important; take the following into account: This journey only applies to orders for items from my own showroom stock + if you have only ordered items that are present in my own stock. Most of the products you can buy are not physically in stock in my own small showroom; please check whether the ordered items are actually in stock to avoid a disappointment.

Kinky-shoes Order Journey

The journey of your order:
| If you place your order on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 16:00, I will usually ship it to you the same day! | If you place your order on workdays (Mon-Fri) after 16:00 I will ship it, if still possible*, the same day; otherwise the next business day! |
*I still do my best (and even a little extra) to ship your order to you as soon as possible; but if this really isn't possible before the last batch at the carrier, I will send it the next business day (Mon-Fri)

The delivery time also depends on the carrier and how busy they are. Unfortunately, I have no influence on your shipment once I have handed over your order! I can therefore never guarantee that your order will be delivered to you within a given amount of days!**
If you really need the ordered items quickly and would rather pay for a 'same-day-delivery' or 'priority' shipment, please contact me to inquire about the possibilities:

Shipping confirmationImportant: When you receive a shipping confirmation, your order has usually already been handed over to the carrier; from that moment on, I no longer have any influence on your shipment and can no longer change anything about the shipment or delivery address. It is possible that your order has not yet been scanned by the carrier and that the track & trace that you received from me has not yet been updated/activated. An update will usually be available within a few hours; when the carrier scanned it. |
Important: if I did have to import the ordered items from the supplier and they have already been processed, I can no longer cancel or return them. On (almost) every page on my website at the bottom in a block with "general information", multiple times in the Refund- and Return Policy and in the Terms of Service, you can find information about costs that I, unfortunately, have to charge for cancellations before receipt or a return after receipt. I recommend that you read this information so that you are not faced with an unpleasant surprise!
