What can you expect from your Kinky-shoes order for items that are not (or not all) in stock with us:

The journey of your order:
If the ordered items are not in stock with us or some of the ordered items are not in stock with us, we will purchase them from our supplier in America. In most cases, the journey of your order goes as follows:

In most cases, the ordered items will be received by us on Wednesdays. We will do our best to ship the order to you the same day. |

If we have already placed our order with the supplier, your order will be included in the next order we place with the supplier.In most cases this will be the following Monday. |

Expected delivery time*: | For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium: Once we ship your order to you, it will usually be delivered to you within 1 to 3 days. For other countries, the delivery time varies between 3 and 10 days. |

The delivery time depends on the supplier, the carriers and customs. Unfortunately, we have no influence on them! We can never guarantee that your ordered items will be delivered within a few days!

If you have placed a Pre-Order, you must take into account the indicated expected delivery date + 1 to 1½ weeks before we receive it and send it to you. |
Shipping confirmationIf you have not received a shipping confirmation after one week, there is no reason to panic.As mentioned above, we do not place an order with our supplier every day: If you place your order just after we have placed our order with the supplier, it may take longer before the ordered items reach us. We always do our best to keep you informed about your order and will provide regular updates when we know more about when the items are likely to arrive with us. |
Important: When we send a shipping confirmation, we already dropped of your order at a parcel point ; From that moment on, we no longer have any influence on your package. It is possible that the packages have not yet been scanned by the carrier and that the status page of the track & trace code you received from us has not yet been updated. An update will usually be available within a few hours. |
Shipment:
As soon as your ordered items arrive at our showroom we will prepare it to send to you as quickly as possible. As soon as we have taken your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with your track & trace code to follow the shipment.

*We still do our best (even a little extra) to ship your order as quickly as possible; but if it's not possible to drop off your order before the last batch, we will send it the next business day (Mon-Fri) Ultimately, we also depend on what time our order arrives. Very occasionally the order arrives at the end of the afternoon and we are unable to get everything packed and delivered. If this is the case, we will inform you by email.
