If no specific Pick-Up Point has been selected, the system will select a parcel point near the specified address.
The prices stated above are for standard shipments up to a certain weight. If your order exceeds the maximum weight, other shipping costs may be charged.
All prices stated include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
(VAT rates may differ per country, hence the calculated shipping costs may also differ from the prices indicated above.)

If your order is returned, I will charge you for the additional costs incurred. Additional costs are charged by parcel services when a shipment:
If you still wish to receive your order, I will ask you to pay for the new shipment + the additional return costs charged by the parcel service. I will only ship your order after payment. If you no longer wish to receive the items, I will have to deduct these costs from your refund. |
- Kinky-shoes cannot be held liable for the consequences and additional costs of incorrectly provided address, contact or payment details, when a package is refused upon delivery, is not collected on time at a Pick-Up Point or the delivery is unsuccessful for a similar reason.
- If your order has to be shipped twice because the address is incorrect, I will ask you to pay for the additional shipping costs + any additional costs charged by the parcel service before I resend your order to you.
- If you no longer wish to receive the order, these costs will be charged by deducting them from the refund. These costs are separate from any other costs that may be charged and are therefore in addition to those costs; more information about this can be found in the refund and return policy
- Kinky-shoes can also not be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. I can never promise or guarantee a delivery time!
